So today, I asked Tabitha if she would help bake a cake for me. I explained everything and showed her where the instructions were, and how to read it. She did everything perfect, except for adding the cake mix, whoops!!! It was hilarious, we laughed so hard. She couldn't figure out why it looked so funny. So after she cleaned the pan she tried again, and oh imagine that, it turned out. (I guess it is really important to add the mix!)
She is never going to live this down. But she did have fun, and she is a good sport when it comes to us making fun of her and her wonderful mistake.

Great blog! Cool background. I was reminded of my first cooking experience. I made chocolate chip cookies when I was 12 and I realized afterwards that I used 1 cup of baking soda!! Imagine the taste of those cookies. ew! Tabitha is cute. It's good she is learning to cook. You need to tell her my story she won't feel so bad. It's good to see pictures of you all. Alyssa was soooo excited! Keep it coming.
